A three side seal pouch is a flat sachet sealed on three edges — two sides and the top — from a single sheet of laminated film, with no bottom gusset and no insert. It uses less film per pouch than any other format we make, runs faster on bag-making lines, and gives you a clean flat panel for artwork. Choose three side seal for single-serve sachets, powders, sauces, samples and any product where cost per pouch matters more than standing on a shelf; choose a stand-up pouch or flat bottom pouch when shelf presence is the priority.

Digital printing starts at 3,000 pcs, and multiple SKUs can be combined in one order — ideal for new product launches and multi-flavour ranges. Gravure printing starts at 10,000 pcs, and pricing improves further when you order a full material roll. We run four in-house gravure lines — 7, 8, 9 and 11-color. Most suppliers stop at 7–9 colors; the 11-color line reproduces gradients, skin tones, photographic images and fine text that flatten or band on lower-color presses. Gravure plate cost is charged once per design and drops per unit as quantity rises, so the color count has less impact on unit price than most buyers expect.

It depends on your product's oil content, moisture sensitivity and target shelf life. For coffee, tea and dry powders needing 12–24 months, we recommend foil-based PET/AL/PE. For snack and powder sachets with a shorter shelf life, PET/VMPET/PE gives good barrier at a lower cost. For sauces and liquids, a PA/PE or foil structure provides the puncture resistance and leak-proof seal you need. If your retail market requires recyclability, we offer mono-PE and MDO-PE structures. Yes. Send your artwork in AI, PDF or PSD format and our prepress team will check bleed, seal positions, color separations and barcode placement. You receive a digital proof for approval before plate making or printing — nothing goes into production until you sign off. If you do not have final artwork yet, we can also support basic layout design.

Digital artwork proofs are usually ready within 24–48 hours, and physical samples take 3–7 days. After you approve the sample, mass production takes 7–9 days for digital printing and 12–20 days for gravure printing. Shipping is additional: express courier 3–7 days, air freight 5–12 days, sea freight 15–40 days depending on destination.

We manufacture to your machine's specifications. Share your filling line brand, sachet magazine or suction-cup size, and required open-mouth width, and we will match the dimensions, film stiffness and seal width accordingly. We can also supply roll film for form-fill-seal lines if that suits your process better.

Standard terms are 50% deposit, with the balance settled before shipment; long-term partners can negotiate alternative payment terms.
